Connecting MySql Data Base to Output and Input Forms

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION BELLOW ТРЕБОВАНИЯ: 1. Подключить к формам ввода и вывода информации Базу Данных (сайт на WordPress) 2. Поделить интерфейс онлайн форм ввода на несколько секций (страниц), таким образом мы не перегрузим пользователей заполнением одной длинной формы 3. Создать скрипт, который позволит нам заполнить форму вывода информацией, которая будет находится в подключенной БД. К примеру, когда мы введем в поле «name» имя “Bill Smith”, скрипт должен пройтись по БД и найти всех “Bill Smith”. Мы выберем нужного (если их будет несколько) и вся нужная информация про него будет автоматически подтянута из БД в форму вывода, которая потом пойдет на печать или будет открыта на мониторе 4. Создать туториал о том, как подключить новые формы (которые будут создаваться после того как скрипт будет написан) подключить к БД и к самому скрипту. _________ REQUIREMENTS: 1. Write a script that will complete the fields of the output form with the information of the connected DB. For example, when we enter in the “name” field the name “Bill Smith”, the script will go through the DB and find all the Bill Smiths. We will choose the correct one (if there if there is more than one Bill Smith) and all the required information about him will added to the output form that will be used for printing or displaying in the monitor. 4. Write a tutorial on how to easily connect new forms (that will be created after finishing the scripts) to DB and to the script.
