Connect Perfex CRM to Autopilot using Zapier

I am a freelance web designer who helps non-profits, small businesses, and faith-based organizations tell their story online. I'm not very strong, however, when it comes to development. I use Perfex CRM to manage my contacts. It's also where my contacts go to manage their accounts, make payments, etc. Perfex does send out email notifications, but that's about all it does. I also utilize it's tagging system to tag certain projects certain ways to keep me organized. Also, when I work on a project, I have various statuses to let my clients know where I am in the project (i.e. "in progress", "awaiting payment"). Meanwhile, I have an account with Autopilot, an email automation system. However, neither one of these two systems play nice together. Here's what I'm looking for: I need someone to connect my Perfex CRM to Autopilot using Zapier. However, I want the data sent from Perfex to Autopilot to be able to trigger when certain tasks, contracts, etc. are tagged for certain things (for example, if a contract tagged as "website" would be added to a list in Autopilot, while a contract tagged as "consultation" would be tagged in a separate list). This way, I can trigger my own email notifications based off of what kind of customer they are. I want to know if this is possible and if they can help me do it. I am fairly tech savvy, so if one is done for me, then maybe I can copy (or get instructions for) what was done to accomplish anything else I need done.
