Configure YII and setup apis and theme

yii is installed on an AWS vps and are up and running but I want help to do following.
configure the firewall properly on the server.
Configure so there is separate ip addresser for the users and admin
Change so its only ssl on the sites.
Install and config Gii Extension
Install and configure Fortnox API
Another custom API.
Install and configure the user template and login
What the webbapp shall do is following.
1. The user login
2. They go to page 1 and klick on get from fortnox.
The Fortnox API capture the data so they are listed.
3. The user chose what data they want to send.
4. They klick on send >
5. Its send the data to another system (system2) with the custom API
5. And when the job is completed in system2 its shall send back data to fortnox that its done.
Each user on the yii uses their own api keys in both systems.
So each client/user must have their own settings for API config.
Other things that we would like to have.
1. Separate database for api keys and username and pass.
2 factor login.

In the admin part we shall have possibility to edit the api keys for the user.
