xt:commerce webshop error correction and modification

there is a xt:commerce webshop V3.0.4.sp2.1 with around 40 products which need some error corrections and modifications. Shop frontend language is german.

- error correction

-- welcome page: {greatings} must be corrected

-- creating invoice: there are some special characters, which are not printed in pdf (delivery note is printed correct)

- modification

-- in the right upper corner there should a new image with valid payment possibilities

-- configuration of SEO and SEO friendly URLs

-- integration of social likes
