QR code based loyalty card for gas station and retail outlet

2-when gas station scan QR code of loyalty card then customer get sms notification that he earns a discount per Liter on fuel volume purchased at the gas station (enter amount spent and use the unit price of the fuel bought to calculate volume of fuel in liters then calculate discount in $ per Liter)
3- Also include in sms to customer additional message on total discount accumulated and what to redeem on (extra fuel, shop items, car service)
4-need to set limit of card used Eg.. 2 times in a fuel purchase, 3times in a shop, etc...
5-every outlet to have own separate login
6- Integration of the loyalty program on company website
