build a WP-Woocommerce feature

Hello I'm looking for a PROFESSIONAL programmer to add a little feature to Wordpress-Woocommerce I wanna give the client the possibility to create his own pdf banner general description: client: 1. the client will pick a product (banner) - already have this 2. the client sees the banner he has picked. the banner has a cammera icon and a default text. 3. the client can click on the cammera icon and upload an image from his computer 4. the pic is uploading and shows exactly in the place. the client can click on the picture he uploded and pic ANOTHER image from his computer thats REPLACE the old one. 5. the client can edit the default text ON THE BANNER ITSELF (not an outside form) by clicking the text itself. this short text have to support arabic and other RTL languages. the client can edit the size and place it where ever he wants 6. under the editor the client sees: [login to view URL] remarks about the banner (like it has in other products in woocommearce) 2. quantity forum 3. and a save button 7. when client clicks on the save button 3 things would happen - a. a PDF file of the whole banner (with his own picture and text) is created and upload to the server. B. the original image he uploaded is stored on the server C. a text file with the original text is stored on the server and then it goes to the checkout page website admin: 1. each banner is a woocommerce product 2. all the products under spesific category should be designable banner 3. admin can add different kind of banners - as many as he wants (as he adds products) programmer requirements: 1. has to work at least 2 years with wordpress and woocommerce 2. has to know HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap 3. the site is in arabic so you have to know how to use google translate THE MOST IMPORTANT THING the site is online you must be carful and don't currpt it Highlights 1. all the designs are ready - you SHOULD NOT need to design anything by yourself 2. you sholud stick to the designs and the general description professionally 3. it has to work 100% with wordpress and woocommerce and MUST WORK AFTER SYSTEM UPDEATE OR PLUGINS UPDATE 4. your code has to be clean and tidy. without any html errors (according to w3c) 5. your code has to be easy to understand - so I could add stuff to it easily 6. IT HAS TO BE FULLY RESPONSIVE (desktop, galaxy 4, lg g3, lg g4, lg g5, iphone 5, iphone 6, iphone 6 plus, ipad) 7. has to support the 3 big browsers - IE, firefox, google chrome deadline: 5 hours from the moment we start bonus: bonus will be given if you 1. 100% complete the job without any "oops" and no mistake 2. faster than 4 hours 3. tidy and clean code so I can understand it after you've done and add some more stuff easily
