We currently have a list of about 12000-15000 contacts in excel or access [login to view URL] access database is not viable, please advise.
Each contact/record has about 15 columns of information some of which is text and other are numbers.
We are wanting to put this into a web-based search which allows ad hoc queries in any of the columns and shows a report that is exportable into excel with certain limitations such as the number of records.
We also want to have a log in system which allows users certain capabilities such as number of people they can download and other capabilities which we can control which limit the amount of data that a user can download without permissions based on what fee they pay for their subscription.
We need ability to update data . We will update the list 2x a year and want to look what has changed which we can do offline and make changes if possibly automatically if not , manually. This feature can be built in later.
For version 1 we do not need an all-inclusive system for managing subscribers. We will enter their permissions manually. We do not expect for now more than 100 users.
For starters, please provide bid estimate. Do not grossly underbid as it is obvious. We are looking for a competent person who has done something similar. If you do not have an example to show, no need to bid.
