Build a Website from scratch

BOTS will be BLOCKED!! I will pick someone in 48 hours. So take your time reading this. Must know: -- HTML/PHP -- SQL Database knowledge is a must -- create search box with autocomplete -- get a form to ADD and SUBTRACT, and display the calculation on screen (without a submit button required) -- the Submit button will only Save to the database, and print to a printer at the same time ----------------------------- SOME DETAILS: I need a custom website that displays a fillable form that allows me to "quickly" enter Employee time card information (hours, mileage..ect). When I say quick, that means I want an autocomplete Search Box to help me find an Employees name quickly, and when I hit TAB it immediately shows me a fillable form with fields that I specifically chose for that Employee. For example, selecting Bob would show a form that allows me to enter only his Hours, Mileage, and Stand by Time. While selecting Sally would only allow me to enter the Hours and Mileage fields, and so on for each employee. Each field I need is shown in the screenshots attached. ----------------------------- 1) HOMEPAGE: Only show a Password box. The Password will allow access to other webpages 2) NAME LIST PAGE: Be able to create Employee Names and assign each one with options that will show up on the fillable form. See screenshots for details 3) DATA ENTRY PAGE: "Autocomplete Search Box" for finding an Employee Name quickly. The name selected should show me a form with only the Fields that were assigned to that Employee 4) RESULT PAGE: Display the current Pay Period which would be the 1st thru 15th of each month, or 16th thru end of month, depending on the date I am viewing it. For example: If I am looking at the page on the 2nd of this month, then show me the data from September 1st thru 15th. But also let me view other Pay Periods. The Result Page will need to display the Employee Names (alphabetically by last name), and which days I entered the Data for. I can send you a screenshot of this so it's easier to create. 5) SETTINGS PAGE: For changing the Homepage Password, and the ability to allow/disallow the Form to print to a printer. The Screenshots will be used as a guide only, please make this website functionable and allows me to find a Name, TAB TO THE NEXT BOX, enter Data, TAB TO THE NEXT BOX, enter more Data...ect Quickness is important so I can avoid using a mouse for this website. Must be willing to add/remove features and make changes as we progress through the building process. *********************** BIG TIP $$$: I am a data entry worker, so I need this website to allow me to "quickly" tab my way through each field and enter the data in a fast and smooth fashion.
