We collect money from delinquent debtors for our clients via credit card, pay pal, etc. I want to create a website or app where debtors upon receiving a collection email can login to pay the debt online in easy steps and my clients can check payments and open balances of their delinquent accounts.
Project: Create a website and an app with dual purpose 1] Client portal and 2] Delinquent Accounts portal:
1] Client Portal
a) Landing Page for Clients with information about our services for them
b) Client login
b1) Client dash board - Number of delinquent accounts, Amount collected during the month, access to each delinquent account that belongs to client
b2) Contact support
c) Clients or admin need to be able to import delinquent account information via CSV file or enter it individually manually.
2] Delinquent Accounts
a) email sent to delinquent account holders will link to a landing page in which the debtor will:
a1) Login: The delinquent account page can be accessed either by entering the delinquent account number or by verify specific account details
a2) The landing page for each delinquent account will allow them to pay their debt via credit card, pay pal, etc.
b) The landing page needs to provide a payment plan where the delinquent account can choose to pay their debt in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month payment plan
c) The landing page maintains the balance due from the delinquent account on real time.
Admin:
Website needs to be able to import delinquent account information via CSV file or enter it individually manually.
