Build a Scalable to Multi Language Ready Secure Dating Website with Back up Database Server

If you don't read this to the end and understand more than I wrote below, please do not bid!!! ================================================================== About the Project: Build a scalable site / system so that it will be multi Language capable and secure! This will be a dating website with back up database server at an off grid location ready to take over if something goes wrong with ISP's systems -- hence real-time replication! Customers should be able to have limited permission to browse members but register and pay a fee to be able to communicate with members they are interested in. The site should restrict any numbers and email addresses from being posted so that members will not be able to communicate with each other without paying! Also, the written number combinations should be recognized and restricted so that attempts to post phone numbers or e-mail addresses will be averted. The database will hold lots of information about the members. The members will decide who can see what percent of their information in the system. Matching the members will be done by the system or manually by the members if they wish to do so. Age, height, sex, hair colour, etc. etc. will be easily compared. There will be several video and picture space for each members to use. We may have to process videos so that there will not be huge files taking up too much space. Admin panel must be intuitive and easy to use. I want to take advertisements to generate income too but I haven't decided on the method yet (direct or pay per click). I can go on and on about the structure but we will do everything necessary to 1. Make money 2. Minimize administration, 3. Make sure the we can accept various common types of payments. The customers' privacy and security is the most important. Customers also should be able to communicate with one another through the site’s own internal mail channel. without releasing their personal information until they feel safe about one another and exchange personal information. What I mean by scalable is, we should be able to easily add another site in to the same system that can interact and different languages can be used. Members should be able to create groups and name their groups. Than when they like another member, they should be able to add that member in one of their groups to manage selection process easily. Another thing is; they should be able to use aliases that we will know but the other members will not know. In other words, one person should be able to have one account and multiple sub accounts and pay separately for each if they wish to use the feature. There is no half way about this project. If you have any doubts in your mind about your ability to deliver, please do not even reply. I will not pay if the site doesn't function as agreed and signed by you and I. I am at the planning stages of the project now. I will provide exact specs once the bidding is completed. The project must be completed in 3 months’ time and at the end of the 4th. month it should be in production. I may hire the same person's services on an ongoing basis for support, but it is too early! So I am not promising anything yet! I reserve the right to come and visit you no matter where you are in the world to make sure that I am not wasting anyone's as well as my time. That may also be necessary to talk about the project face to face. A lot of things may go wrong with this project as it is complex. I also have quite a bit of experience in the project management arena to foresee the problems. I am understanding but not forgiving undue mistakes! In this process, I expect you to educate me so that I will be able to provide you with the information and ideas you need to complete the job correctly. If I cannot do it within my budget, I will cancel the project. No extra money will be paid if the project takes longer than the freelancer expects. Thank you for your time and consideration.
