Build an Saleforce App which outputs data as email. Then Integrated with a GPRS or WIFI printer such as Goodcom GT5000S GPRS SMS WIFI Printer to retrieve data as POP3/Customize the printer firmware.
The salesforce App will connect to a database with multiple restaurants/takeaways profiles and also allow admin to upload Menu items, which then can be selected for ordering purposes, once an order is complete or processed through the App it sends the order by SMTP to an email account.
Keep in mind this platforms is only business facing and will be manned in a call centre handled by multiple agents, Allow agents to access a businesses menu and process a order placed by a customer over the phone. This then should print out in the premises using printer such as above mentioned.
Similar to Gprs/WIFI printer integration for Online Food Ordering system but only for Salesforce rather then the website but using similar methodology and HTTP calls. Am open to suggestions and ideas how i can get this done.
