BTC and ERC20 address and private key generator -- 2

Platform: Linux web server without root access, needs to be able to run in a generic CGI-BIN
Interface: Command line.
Implementation: We require the Source Code and Executable and all code and libraries required to install from command Linux web server command line without root access.
Preferences: Perl or PHP are preferred, but it can be done in another languages that appear on native apache web servers on linux.
Documentation: How to install and some basic examples on usage.
3.B. FUNCTIONALITY
3.B.1. Generate addresses. We only need this to work for BTC and ERC20 addresses (wallets). Given the number of wallets needed, plus the type of wallets and an output file name, generate the wallets.
Examples:
3.B.1.a. Least Inputs
INPUT: -type <wallet type: btc or erc20> -number <number of wallets to create> -outfile <name of output file.>
ACCEPTABLE OUTPUT:
Generating <-type> from <X> number of addresses to <-addr> starting on <date and time>
<list of each address generated along with the private key on each line, or any errors>
Time Started: <start time date> Time Ended: <end time date> Generated <X> number of addresses of <-type> Number of Errors: <number of errors>
EXAMPLE output file contents:
erc20, address1, privatekeyForAddress1
erc20, address2, privatekeyForAddress2
