booking calendar

Hello, In the same building I have 3 appartments to rent. I would like to have on my website a 12 months calendar like Capture2.PNG. I need one calendar per appartment; so I need 3 calendars. The calendar should be displayed for 12 months starting at the current month (the previous dates in the current calendar should be displayed with the color code "not available"). There are several color codes and the color should be displayed on the calendar itself. There are 4 color codes : available, not available, booking ongoing, booked. The customer should be able to book an appartment with a form like Capture3.PNG. Once he booked an appartment, the dates in the calendar should be updated with the color code "booking ongoing" until I receive the payment. I should receive an email and once I have received the payment (it could take a few dates if the customer decides to pay by wire transfer), the dates in the calendar should be updated with the color code "booked". I would like to use the PayPlug plugin. I should be able to put some dates for one of the 3 appartments with the code "not available". Everything (3 calendars + client details) should go in one MySql database. With a simple form [login to view URL], the customer should be able to query the 3 appartments for availability and the website should display something like Capture5.PNG. I would also like to display on the website a google map with the location of the appartments. Only one map as the appartments are in the same building (like [login to view URL]). Thank you
