Basic SQL/PHP input/retrieve

I go to events in different cities around my area to sell goods. Some events I make money at, and others I break even or lose money. I wanted to keep track of the details and be able to predict if it would be worth me going to the next event. (see images) I want to be able to enter in a location, the series of an event (promoter), and what round (number) of the event. Then, I want the information displayed for that location. I would have the last 4 dates for that location & series displayed along with the details pictured. I would also want to have the average of the last 4 incomes to be listed. The next 4 rows would be the location & round (number) with the same details. The next 4 would be location with the last 4 most recent dates of any series. The next 2 would be the highest income for that location and the lowest income. Then I need to figure my costs. I want to have a separate database table that will have the city location (Ogden Utah in the example) would be 100. I would input the cost of gas ($2.75 in the example) and if there are hotel costs for me ($125 in the example) In my example, my costs are about $152 and my estimated income is $144. So I can assume that this event will not be a good one to go to. Lastly, I need to record my events to the database. All of this is to be done with PHP & SQL
