I am looking to automate customer on-boarding process for an online translation agency, for example: when the customers request for a quote from website i want an automated email to be sent with an automatic generated quotation. After accepting the quote then the customer needs to be directed to a page where they can upload docs and make the payment without leaving the website. Also after customer make payment, i want a tracking number or something to be assinged to the cusotmer where the translator and the customer can update the status of the project so the Client know where the translator is with the process.
