What we want:
Agent prioritising - Ability to assign specific agents to get calls before others.
VIP customers – Mark customers that we consider VIP and when they call through they come through to a separate group of agents.
Outbound? Outbound campaigns - can we do auto dialers? What can systems can you do in this space?
Callback queue - Ability for customers to get an instant callback when an agent is free. (automatically - agent doesn't have to dial, system adds the call to the queue)
Missed calls - email a specific mailbox when we miss a call.
Wallboard - We currently use FOP - moves around alot (as in the layout) - do you have an alternative or can you recommend another one?
Call Survey - After a customer has spoken to an agent, we want to setup a survey. (customer would mark 1-10 or similar for that interaction)
Do i need to do recordings for this?
Outbound call recordings are not working - Inbound records calls
Queue 10 (inbound) works fine, queue 20 (outbound) doesnt have the call attached - see below.
