Hi there, I was wondering if you could help with some updates on the following website,

It's built in ASP with a cms called Newsletter Manager Pro ([url removed, login to view]) and requires the following upgrades,
1) The ability to import, save and hyperlink to documents from within the website. I used to have a customised option for this before the previous 'upgrade' and now need to use Google Drive to provide a third-party hyperlink to media releases and articles (as PDFs). Would like to again be able to have a facility within [url removed, login to view] where I can save documents into folders ... and then hyperlink to them. You'll see on the site (as with the newsletters) that we use the opening few pars of the media release and then provide a link to open up the full document.
2) Having documents open 'over the top' of the website and newsletter. At the moment, a back button on opened media releases will return people to the website ... but if they close the document with the 'x' on the top right corner, the whole website goes as well. So want to have it formatted that, once opened, any closed PDF documents will close only the document itself ... having the main website page / newsletter unaffected and still in place to the user/viewer.
3) The send out of the newsletter happens in packets of emails, so as not to come across as SPAM. The process for a main send out can take around 1 hour - which is fine. However, when I do a send out to my main list of subscribers, I get a couple of error messages requiring me to reboot the process by hitting a 'Continue' button. These occur at the same part of the send out each time. I have attached a screen capture of the two parts of the database in question. I believe the relevant bit of information here is the last subscriber ID reference on each one.
