The project is to develop an application that would download "Extreme Weather Alerts" from the NOAA weather site and match these alerts against records (records of manufacturers) in a database. The matching would occur by using either GPS coordinates or counties (U.S. only)
The manufacturer database will contain both GPS coordinates and the county for their facilities.
