API REST for a Zend Server PHP

Must have PHP experience. The project is based in PHP Zend. The coder must have experience working with best practices on Zend Server. We need to modify the BACK to add and improve MORE web services REST api to interact with our APP.

The API should receive information from an APP as a request in the form of "cart" to buy. The coder must develop the API to accept and send the information to the APP.
