I need expert to work with me to create this api between Pipedrive and simpro; they must be confident in the ability to execute the work and be willing to fix minor errors and update. I work for multiple crm integration/consulting companies and if this goes well I always need someone who has skills to implement these things. Below you will find a list of triggers and actions that need to be completed. Some can be done easy by me in zapier but most will need an api and vast knowledge to integrate.
I need an api developed from simpro to pipedrive crm; I tried webhooks but they are not working as the info is so small; and I am new to apis and I cant this done; I am barely able to authorize the api so I believe you might be able to do much better. The software is pipedrive and simpro
Simpro trigger : Lead created
Pipedrive action : create new deal in Pipedrive with customer, site and info about the lead. Notify sales manager so the new deal can be assigned to sales person. Once assigned to sales person then that person should be notified of a new deal and contact made within the hour.
Simpro trigger : job status marked complete
Pipedrive action : sales person of that deal to be notified that the job is complete so they can call for after sales follow up.
Simpro trigger : open quote status has been set to “Sent to client”
Pipedrive action : deal moved from proposal to negotiations and follow up tasks in Pipedrive set up Pipedrive action : deal notes for follow up and negotiations
Simpro action : enter notes into the open quote.
Pipedrive action : new customer/site/contact created
Simpro action : create new customer/site/contact or update/ add to existing
Pipe drive trigger : deal lost
Simpro action : archive open quote and include archive reason.
Pipedrive trigger : deal won
Simpro action : create Simpro task in the open quote from the Simpro templates ready for sales to Service handover
New Pipedrive Deal = Simpro Quote
