Saludos, para poder aceptar debes presguntarle a la persona que lo desarrollo, el lenguaje de programación, base de datos que uso, si esta separado en backend y frontend o es un solo proyecto en si toda la especificaciones técnicas. Para que en freelancer por ejemplo en este caso mi persona sepa si esta dentro de mis rango seguir con el desarrollo. esto debido a que existen varios lenguajes de programación, una vez tenga estos datos y si esta a mi alcance podemos hablar que cambios necesitas y cual seria el tiempo y costo de esto. quedo atento a tus comentarios.
