Ajax Search (PHP + Smarty Templates)

If a parent location is checked the sublocations are appearing and the query shows data including in those sublocations. But if a sublocation is checked then the query displays data only from that sublocation and any (if) sub_sublocation. As example. Without any location checked all data appear.
