We need some extra functions adding to our clients real estate php database which is here - [url removed, login to view]
They want to add extra features, so they can track and record all enquires for any property, so in the back end there would be a section for each property which shows which clients have sent an enquiry with the clients email, phone number, name and description of what specifics they have for example how much their budget is and which are they like, and if they want sea view, mountain etc…
I will speak to the client and ask them to provide any more details but that’s kind of what they want J

We have no system (apart from ‘Word’ docs or memory) for logging client enquiries, registrations, enquiries from other website portals we advertise on (ie; [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], also planned ‘soon to be’ [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and others), walk-ins to our showrooms (note about to be 3, El Toro, Palma & Pto Andratx), telephone enquiries, direct emails, recommendations, etc, etc.
We have no way of tracking client correspondence, progress, results, lead source, etc, etc, in our office other than ‘Word’ docs or memory.
