Admin login from other database table

Job Description:
I have my main website where I have the users and I installed a php requests plugin (that have their users too)
They are installed on the same server and using the same Database.
The "normal users" are already changed, the users can use the request page with their login on main page.
What I would like is the Admins of the main page, can be the admins of the request page too, for no need to have different credentials for requests.
