Hello! I am the owner of [login to view URL] which is a fake bank used to fight scammers. I purchased the bank originally on Fiverr, and I would like some upgrades to it. The upgrades I would like are in 2 sections.
1) Pro Plan
I want to make another user type, called "Pro". I was originally going to do this myself, and I basically need you to solve this stack exchange post [login to view URL] and give me a code example that works in place of all the ones that I defined in that post. Basically, I need to be able to go into the admin panel (you will be given access to an admin account, and you will be given access to the VPS hosting the website) and click a button in the "edit" section of a user to give them PRO access.
Also, I would like to know how much it would cost to setup webhooks for Stripe, BitPay, and possibly PayPal so users automagically get PRO after paying.
2) Helpdesk System
We currently use freshdesk, but I would like a button in the Scambaiter panel's sidebar for "Support". Under the support tab, users can click view their tickets or submit a new one. In the admin panel, there would be a "Support" tab as well where we can view tickets. Tickets would also send E-Mail alerts to admins and users every time a message is sent back and forth, but I don't need replies, just notification emails.
I would suggest that you go and create an account [login to view URL] and when you get started, you will get access to the VPS used to host the site, and an admin account for testing.
My budget for the PRO system is $30, and $20 for the ticket system. I am not willing to go above $60 for both of these features.
