Add Image and Video Management Features on existing site

Hi All, i have an existing site - [login to view URL] which is built is wordpress site using newspaper theme. I want to add a new functionality for my logged in users for them to create fun contents in terms of videos,gifs, and pictures. 1. I want to have a multiple categories - (category 1, category 2 etc) 2. Each category will have its own gallery of assets of GIFs/PSD files/Image files/Video files. 3. I should be able to add assets in the form of GIFs/PSD files/image files/Videos files to these categories on an ongoing basis and users should be able to use them once it becomes available. 3. User can go to any category, select any asset from that category - add/edit text etc on a field. It should automatically update the asset with that text. 4. User should then be presented with an option to Publish it on the site, share it on social media sites etc. There are two API providers that i have checked. these seem to provide rich editing capabilities. 1. [login to view URL] If the functionalities can be achieved by other means - i am open to it as well. when you provide a proposal: 1. i want to see your understanding these APIs. 2. What are the the different video/image management capabilties that can be incorporated to the site. 3. Provide clear information as to what is needed from my end for maintaining the assets for each category. Ex - what is format for images that allos editing/what is format for GIFs that allow editing. Project will be awarded to person who shows detailed understanding of the APIs. Project will be awarded to person who can show how we can utilise the APIs to provide functionality to end users for them to easily create new content. Project will be awarded based on technical capabilities. Project will be awarded to person who can give examples of similar sites.
