Add Flag in event list Wordpress

I see the attached image. you want a option in admin area from where you can add flag for the event and need to show this flag in the event list.

Hello, flag should be added in the right side, as an advice the flag should be smaller so it doesn't distract, i have experience creating advanced custom fields, no experience with code snippets however it shouldn't be something so complex. I have experience developing/editing wordpress themes.
