Request Tracker is a open-source enterprise grade ticketing system made by Best Practical Solutions . I am managing a deployment of this system to a client and they have asked for some customization. I am seeking someone like a RT programmer / developer that is familiar with the RT tool and that has made similar modifications to RT previously, to make these changes on the RT system i am deploying. These are simple changes if you are a developer with experience .
The (major changes ) changes are listed below
Create a field called department that auto populate with a list of available departments for that that queue/location.
Create a field called Owner that auto populates with a list of Tech for the selected Queue/Location
