b) One page design & database is ready.

c) Get sate/plan/tax/shipping /gateway info from db.

d) if successful - send email to customer /admin, re-direct to thanks page, else same page with declined message.

e) store xml file for each transaction in db.

f) Store ARB - Notification in database at each interval.
