My company is starting the development of a web application using NetAdvantage .NET ajax tools. We've never outsourced before so we are interested in seeing how well this works. We are going to experiment by developing this one page. If the project goes well, we would be interested in having the coding company futher develop the rest of the application.
We don't have alot of time to develop this application, so we are interested in developers that have enough resources to complete this and additional work in a quick if not timely manner.
The web application is a tool to allow small construction contractors keep track of estimates, invoices, customers, income and liabilities.
This particular project will be the Estimate Creation screen. There is alot of functionality. .NET ajax on the front end using stored proceedures on the backend.
We are interested in a very professional user interface. The interface is key. The success and failure of this application will rely on the UI. It needs to be attractive, lightweight and very interactive on the frontend with as little postback as is possible (thus our interest in NetAdvantage). We will provide requirement documentation and rough design cues. However, we would like the developer to have strong UI abilities. We are more interested in "web application developer" then someone who primarily designs informational websites.
We would like the bidding developer to have experience with NetAdvantage because there will likely be modifications that need to be made to enhance some functionality.
I will be looking at your portfolio and experience more then your bid amount.
