What I need or require:
Looking for experienced professional who can take an existing Microsoft Access database and develop a web application for our Product Support Team. Must have two main areas, 1) Login area for Product Support Team. 2) Customer Login
Product Support Login
This area would be for our Product Support Specialist to view Customer Data such as Trouble Tickets, Equipment, Serial Numbers, HW/Firmware Versions, Configurations, Equipment History
This area is where a Customer would login and log a Trouble Ticket, Update Profile, View status and possibly view a Support Knowledge Base.
What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
We have a standalone Microsoft Access Database. Provider will take that and convert to a Web Application using MySQL and add Trouble Ticket/Status System, Email Notifications, two types of Login Profiles.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: please check attachment.
Time frame for delivery: as soon as possible
I would prefer a provider from Europe or the United States.
