Hi!
I would like a website which takes the concepts and design of both [login to view URL] and dealspl.us. Rather than just being vouchers the site will primarily be based around submitting deals on products, so basically the same as Hotukdeals.com.
The design needs to be better than HotUKDeals. I like the design of [login to view URL] so maybe get some inspiration on layout and colours from that. It is simple, clean and effective.
On the right hand side should be a widget like on Hotukdeals which shows the hottest deals by time, such as hottest deals this week.
The voucher/deal submission tool on [login to view URL] is very simple, so id like to use the deal submission tool concept like on dealpl.us.
The site will also have a custom feature which I will discuss with the designer once started, but it is not too complicated. I don't just want any of the above sites copied or cloned as I dont want to get into legal issues!
I am looking for the best of designers on the web, please don't waste my time if your design and programming ability is not outstanding and you have a proven track record.
## Deliverables
If you want to impress me and take on this job I would prefer if you can send me a graphical mock-up of the site, otherwise how am I going to know how good you are?
Also don't just reply to this with generic responses.
Ask me about additional questions!

Forgot to mention.. You may want to choose to do this in VBulletin as this website must be social based, with users and reputations.. see here for example: [login to view URL] Deal page should be full width also like shown above, with plenty room for comments. The website really is just Hotukdeals but with a better design, like on [login to view URL] If it makes it easier using Vbulletin I am happy with that...

Hi Bidders! The issue I have with designers offering to build the site on a custom cms rather than an established script like Vbulletin etc, is that the site needs to be social based like on Hotukdeals, which means that it needs to be secure, have options for banning/editting/logging users etc. The site also must not have any bugs or flaws which could increase hackability. [login to view URL] seems to have a custom cms, but if you want to do a custom one it needs to be as good as dealspl.us. If you can prove to me that a custom cms is the way to go then let me know, otherwise it seems more obvious to go for something like Vbulletin as it has been proved to work on a massive site like hotukdeals with over 200,000 members! Also, I would prefer to see a mock-up design suggestion as I have had over 20 bids and it's hard to tell between the good and bad designers! My email for this is andrew@[login to view URL] Thanks
