The form will be a page on [url removed, login to view], which is a Joomla! based website (iFrame ok). So keep in mind that it must run within that system, and I don't want to add additional scripts to the template. Flash, Ajax, Java, are all fine choices. If you have another option, please feel free to suggest it.
