Required Flash Gallry with backend

We have a Flash site designed, and we want a reliable company to make a photo gallery in the catalog page -
We will provide all FLA;s etc to the provider.
We need a backend from where we can ADD/SUBCATEGORIES and pictures of the products.
The gallery can be done XML, PHP or whatever. Language is not a major problem. We are also open for anyone using any open source galleries, but this should be done according to our current site design.
PLEASE DONT WASTE OUR TIME, IF YOU HAVE NOT done a PHOTO GALLERY IN FLASH using backend before.
If you can do this project, we are willing to ouotsource all our flash projects which require programming.
