Hello,
I have a form that has the following fields:
**Venue name:
Address:
Street:
City:
State:
Zip:
**
(see attached image)
Using ajax, I want users to NOT have to fill out the adddress details (**Address, Street, City, state, zip**) of a **Venue name**; IF that **venuename** is already in the database, (ie. that venue was entered during a previous event at the venue.)
The page cannot be refreshed during this whole process.

## Deliverables
The page cannot be refreshed during this whole process.
For example if they start entering in the "Venuename:" field
disneyland, as soon as they type:
-disneyla...
or
(see ***optionalspecification1***) -the disneyla...
a drop down layer would popup, showing the address details for disneyland or -different disneylands around the world- and they would pick one and the rest of the fields
**Address:
Street:
City:
State:
Zip:
**
would be automatically filled in!
The site runs on PHP. I will let you view the MySql database before adding this feature to the site because i do not want it to interfere with the current state of the site.
**Please see the ajax example on
** [[login to view URL]][2]
under "Tell me about:" when you start typing a query a layer pops up under the form field and starts showing the matches.
I want to have this layer to show 2 columns. The fields in this column are:
1) venue name matches
***optionalspecification1***) these matches will be in the *query* match form so if they start entering venue name for "Twilo club" and they either start typing
"The Twil...", or
"twil.."
the match for "Twilo club" will show up.
2) addresses of venue name matches
this is so they know which one out of the choices in the layer popup is the actual venue they are entering. (***_see the part in paranthesis in the image above_***)
