The aim of this project is to create a website that will compete directly with FedEx Kinko's Online Print Service. However, unlike FedEx, the website will focus on being very clean and streamlined, with very few options to customize documents being printed. The homepage of the site needs a simple logo to be designed. The website domain is [url removed, login to view] so optimally the logo will incorporate something that denotes speed, pdfs, and somethying about a fox. The site should optimally resemble the late Print(fu) [url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view] There will need to be a way for the site to calculate the number of pages in a pdf and then determine a price. I think [url removed, login to view] can help with this. Also there has to be a cap of about 50mb for each pdf uploaded so the printers will not be bogged down. A shipping calculator should be built into the website to determine shipping for FedEx and UPS at various speeds. Basically I want a site that looks and works very similarly to the late Prin(fu) (see link above). The site has to be able to process credit cards as well as paypal. I'll offer a bonus of up to $100 depending on how well I like the final product.
I need the site to work like [url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view] which is not active anymore. All of the systems including programs to calculate number of pages, pdf size, shipping, etc. to make the site run correctly must be included. The pdf files should be either emailed to a remote email address of stored on the ftp server for printing later. I need a mockup of the site before we can start. A bonus of up to $100 will be included if work is satisfactory.
