1 page design featuring a road at top of screen and then a 1/4 of the way down the road splits to the right & left. there are 2 cars that start at the top of road. when they reach the fork, 1 car turns right & the other left. just as they turn, a cartoon box above each car w/text. the text reads "$299/month & $0/down" for 1 car and "$319/month & $1000/down" for other car.
in the right hand corner above where the right road forks a vertical traffic light with 4 lightbulbs. each bulb flashes 1 at a time starting at the top light. when the light reaches the bottom, the first 2 cars drive off & 2 new cars enter & the same cycle repeats itself including the text.
underneath the midpoint of the road fork, there is another traffic light w/4 vertical lights. this time, when the first top light flashes a caption box appears "YOU", when the next light flashes "vs. The Car Salesman", then the next light "Get Educated", and lastly "On the Quick". There is then a lightening bolt that starts from the bottom of the traffic light displaying "on the quick" to a green traffic sign below it. the lightening bolt is random then forms into "Shop Smart, Buy Smart" with the bolt and then the bolt reappears in a random line to the green traffic sign. the green traffic sign reads:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
