488251 Joomla Template Design / Theme with edited modules

I am creating a music website and i require a high end custom Joomla template, designed and coded into a theme the template must be coded into XHTML. I also require the template/theme coded with my add ons/modules so my site looks the same on every page and uploaded to my server.
