I have designed the site in photoshop and want to have it created in flash with a content management backend. Please view the folowing links to see exactly how i want the site designed. Content Managment Control Panel Options Add an artwork -Title of Piece -Description of Piece -Browse and upload to Artwork -Browse and upload to Thumbmail -What catergory does this fall in (should incorporate newly added categories) Add a caterory link - Name of catergory item to be added to the top portfolio menu - Enter a description of the category. Add a note - Enter Date of note - Enter Note here (not to exceed XX characters) (This should except HTML code also if possible) Edit Bio ??" Edit Contact Info - Edit Freelance Services ??" Edit Links - Upload New DemoReel - Upload New Resume - Coding The Site Interface ( see [url removed, login to view]) When mousing over content area when thumbnails are displayed… Thumbnails should move within frame as mouse panes over them, ideally this only occurs when the mouse is in the framed area. Important, I would like it to operate exactly as it does here... [url removed, login to view] except only while the mouse is the center framed area. Right “Other Sites?? Menu - Should open link in new window Right Notes Panel - Information in panel will change depending on context. I will probally make small changes before work begins like fonts and will work with the coder on whatever they need. I reserve rights to the design layout but not the code or backend.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Can use the newest version browser and should work in IE, and Firefox.
