I need to embed Flash video with subtitles into and HTML file with the following requirements:
I have sound files in wav format of interviews, as well as written transcripts of those interviews in text files.? I need to convert the audio files and subtitles of the transcripts to flash video.?
I am envisioning an xml file where I can insert the transcribed text, as well as second-interval separations where I would want to insert the text.?
I would want to have an XML file that would resemble that which is explained here:

The main considerations for me are the following:
1)? ? ? ? ? This will need to be a reusable app.? There will be ongoing .wav files that need to be converted to flash video, and the work performed will need to outline how to take future .wav files, subtitles, etc. and make them into a flash video that incorporates these subtitles into the video.?
2)? ? ? ? ? To convert .wav files into a useful format for flash video (.fla file?), I would need to be provided with a simple, free means of conversion.? If no conversion is necessary and the .wav file format can be preserved, that is fine also.? I would require appropriate advice here.
3)? ? ? ? ? The resultant flash video file would need to be embedded into an html file.? I expect part of the output to be not just a flash video file, but also an html file
4)? ? ? ? ? As a test product, I will accept any 5-or-more sentence .wav file (you can record your own, it doesn’t matter), converted audio format file (if needed), resultant flash video file, an xml file with subtitles that the video is leveraging, and the html file embedding the resultant video file.? If you need me to create the audio file and transcript, I can do that too, it doesn’t make a difference to me.
