Seeking the development of 2 dashboards for a development shop We are looking for 2 dashboards that have a series of graphs in them. We have taken a look at 2 tools that we can use. - FusionCharts - PHP/SWF or XML/SWF There is a feeling that FusionCharts is a better presentation. They also have more documentation and samples to look at. We are wanting something like this. [url removed, login to view] General Requirements 1. All code should be clean and well documented with comments and start and end markers so that we can make changes to it later if it is needed. 2. The code will be run on an apache / Linex web server. 3. The database is MS SQL, NOT MySQL, the database is not on the same server. 4. A Copy of the scrubbed data will be provided 5. All of the parts of the HTML pages should have CSS styled added so that we can make changes to look and feel at a later date 6. All of the colors used in the charts should be in a config file so we can change them later if we wish. 7. There needs to be a way for us to set “Default?? or load states for each dashboard so that it goes to a dataset without user interaction. This can be in a config file, or something to that affect. 8. You need to have a config file for us to set database connections. Do not use ODBC but some other form 9. The code should be based in PHP and the data for the graph in XML. 10. The SQL’s listed on the mock ups are not the ONLY way to do it, they are shown more as an example of what we are looking for. 11. You should have a way for me to see and test the dashboard pages. Dashboard One This dashboard is for us to get a view of the requirements for a release. Almost all of the data used to generate the graphs are in one table Please see the REQ PDF attached for a mockup of what this should look like. Dashboard Two This one is a lot more complex, but we do have some of the old dashboard for this, so there are some SQL’s and such that should help you get started. See Test PDF
