WordPress Troubleshooter & Genesis Coder

I run a help desk for WordPress. We are too many tickets to solve ourselves so we are going to need some help.

Examples of jobs:

1. Find and fix the problem here: [url removed, login to view]

2. trouble shoot a blank page upon submission of a comment

3. re-format a Buddy Press site (live)

A lot of people claim to know WordPress. But I need someone who can solve the above problems & more. Please tell me what you would do - with enough detail so I can tell you know what you're doing. And tell me how many hours each of the above jobs would take you. And what your RATE IS PER HOUR. Not just the whole sum please - the RATE PER HOUR is what I need.

Also, if you have coded any Genesis templates or worked with any frameworks for WordPress please list several examples of sites you have coded. (design is not important - only the function and knowledge of child themes)
