Wordpress Help with Gravity Forms and Responsive Website

Using a PC, go to:

[url removed, login to view]

On the Homepage, click on the yellow "See if You Qualify Today", all the fields are fine, right?

Now use an iPhone or Android device. Go to the website and click, "See if You Qualify Today", and the box sizes poorly with the screen and the other text overlaps - Ugly!

This is supposed to be a responsive website, so it should resize appropriately, apparently not. I think the Gravity Form should have its z-index increased to 1000. Or whatever is opaque enough so that the content underneath doesn't show. The box should be adjusted to fit the mobile version as well. Maybe resetting Gravity to its original settings will help. Anyway, I know this isn't a complicated task, and can be done quickly - just don't mess up the whole website.

An additional note, the security of the website is very important, so I will not be handing over the login information to the wp-admin, rather, I will Skype with you, and share my screen, I will copy and paste the code or whatever else, I will send that to you, you can edit it, and you will instruct me on what to do with it afterwards - simple, just extra security for me.
