Wordpress admin post-editing plugin(s) coded

Job Description:

On my post [url removed, login to view] it describes what I need. The person I need for this work has experience writing plugins for wordpress that add buttons into the administration areas. One button added to the "Edit Post" page, and a button added to the "Edit Media" page. It also requires editing an existing plugin named "Enable Media Replace", so that it saves the old filename of the image file it is about to replace.

The intent is to solve a problem. The Enable Media Replace, despite its claim that it will 'Replace the file, use new file name and update all links', usually fails to do so, and it doesn't change width or height either.

I have hundreds of images that need to be replaced, changing .jpg into .png. So I need to stop manually editing the posts and have a few buttons that make it much quicker.

In addition to coding the plugin(s), I need the coder to be available to help with installation help if I encounter problems, but do not ask for TeamViewer or admin logon to my [url removed, login to view] would use words and screencaptures to communicate if help is needed, and I could set up an empty wordpress to play in, if necessary.

I need this in 2 days or less.

As usual, the first batch of bidders were on auto-pilot, "...our team.. bla bla bla... our example websites...." Nobody yet said, I actually read it all, and I can personally do it all in 2 days or less. So there's opportunity for a solo real person to bid.
