120757 Setup wordpress site

Project for someone experienced with PHP and Wordpress. I need WP installed with a few plugins and do not have time and competence to do it properly myself. This is what I give you: 1) A domain name and server/account info. This is what you need to do: 1) Set up a wordpress site with static front page ([login to view URL]). The look of the static front page and the blog needs to be consistent. 2) Install spam karma v2 plugin. 3) Install "rate this post" and "send this post to a friend" plugins. I do not know where to find these plugins. I want it to be like [login to view URL] where users are able to rate the posts and you can have a list of "top rated posts." 4) Install the high traffic version of the plebian top referrers script on the site ([login to view URL]). The script needs to count incoming traffic on all pages of the site. If [login to view URL] sends 1 visitor to [login to view URL] and another visitor to [login to view URL] it will be counted as 2 visitors. The top referrers to the site needs to be displayed on all pages as well. The idea is that external sites can be selective and link directly to interesting content and at the same time climb to the top of the referrers list. 5) When all this is setup I probably need some help from you to modify the front page to my liking, smaller stuff here and there and so on. Please take this into account when you bid. 6) If you complete the project to my satisfaction I will use you again to do the exact same job other domains. -- THE IDEAL PERSON?
