A plugin that has functions like below :
1. A contact form to be appear at the taskbar,
which is at the bottom of visitors' view.
Right or left, admin can set it up.
2. When online, it is a LIVE chat, with any
operator's picture customizable.
It also show whether the admin is
ONLINE or OFFLINE, by checking
his/her Facebook or Twitter status.
3. When someone contact admin via the
contact form by filling in
name, email, title, message and captcha,
then it would automatically
add them into built-in autoresponder.
4. This contact form also has calculator
if they are asking for quotes of services
with many options admin put into,
customized by the admin.
5. The contact form can appear whether
after 1 seconds, 10 seconds or
immediately after the visitors
6. The contact form's header at the top of it,
can be added
with header image or only text.
7. Also, the contact form can be
added into post and sidebar,
if admin wish so.
8. Visitors can be redirected to
other page or other external sites
once they submit the form.
OR either to change the contact form
into a thanks page (on the same page).
OR it (contact form) also can be determined
whether to appear/ disappear after visitors
submit the form during that time.
9. For the form or live chat, visitors
also can add attachments.
1. Blog's admin can customize the
contact form. He/she can add more
field to be filled in by the visitors.
The submit button image also
can replaced with own image or
just use default image.
2. Plus, admin also can add custom form
/ field where visitors can tick
from multiple choices of answers.
3. The email will be sent to admin's email
with number of the ticket ID after
the visitors submit the form. So it has
conversation record and can be closed
once deal + payment + work finished all.
4. The contact form can be resized.
5. Make your own autoresponder / email database manager,
so admin can send email to registered visitors whenever he/she wants
6. Add a follow-up feature into the autoresponder.
Meaning, admin can set from the start, like this:
The first day the visitors register/ submit the form, they will receive email A.
The 2nd day, email B.
The 5th day, email C.
7. The personalize function should be added too.
Whenever admin wants to send email, he only need
to add this code [[name]], then if the receipant's name
would be mentioned personally
8. The visitors can check the progress of the admin's work.
Meaning, visitors can login and see the project admin is working on,
in percentage bar status (which admin can manually set it up and change from time to time)
OR according stages of progress. Once a stage of work progress finished,
then admin can label it as "Finished". When all stages done,
then admin label it as "Completed".
The agreement also can be put on the project.
9. Admin can set payment to be done via
installment. Meaning, once a stage finished
(which is showed in visitors' accounts, then the BUY button is showed
up for them to submit/pay).
They also can see the progress of work by showing a link to a project.
10. Just make the upper navigation at the backend is more beautiful and not so simple
Make it in email ticketing system too.
Meaning, all email sent has its own ticket code ( as mentioned above) and
will be placed at one place so visitors and admin can check their conversation history/ record easily
It's like support ticket to check emails whether answered or not.
11. Make whatever price visitors answer/submit become invoice (optional) sent to them
via Paypal automatically.
If it does not calculate the price (which admin set it & want that way), the admin can send the
Paypal invoice to customer just right inside the admin panel?
12. Admin can generate codes from his/her account panel.
And when admin creates, he/she can determine whether
the coupon generated notified to all subscribers, or just
NO notify at all. The coupon can be used on that form.
