Modifing comments system and add a like and dislaike similar to youtube for wordpress

I have a WordPress website, I have installed this plugin to make the default WordPress comments system become fully Ajax [url removed, login to view]
What I need is:
1- Modify the comment system so it has a like and dislike thumbs works on visitors IP address similar to YouTube.
2- I want to give the user the ability to leave comments as:
- a visitor by entering comment title, name, comment
- Register nickname to leave comments
- Login with social media to comment.
I will give you a link to a website works and looks exactly as I want my comments system to work.
The login system has to be fully Ajax and the login system to be a separate login system from WordPress, as I do not want to give any user facilities other than leaving a comment.
