integrate existing wordpress into our new website

I am re-listing this project. The provider I chose performed some work earlier today, but has not finished. He has gone missing over the last four hours, after having promised to complete the work within one hour. I have locked him out of the project and need to find someone who can actually work until completion. I need to get this done asap. I cannot wait for delays on this project (routine projects -- OK -- delays sometimes happen -- but not this one). I am being up front in saying that I need it done now. If you cannot commit to attacking and completing this project immediately, please do not bid.
OK -- what I need done:
We are redesigning a website and have to integrate an existing wordpress installation into the redesigned site.
The files and database have already been moved.
Essentially I am asking for you to help with the css formatting / wordpress template issues.
I just need someone to do the template work to massage it into the new website format.

I am looking to pay $30-50 for this service. If, after examining my problem, you feel that it will take more than $30-50, we can address that issue before work begins. I need the results as soon as possible, so please do not bid unless you can begin immediately.
I will put the winning bid amount into escrow immediately, and release it in full as soon as the project has been completed.
