Custom Wordpress Menu

I need a custom menu created for Wordpress that simply lists out all categories with hierarchy, but ONLY the Great Grandchild of the categories are to have anchors. For example, my categories look like this... Brands (parent category) -> Samsung (child) -> Model (grandchild) -> Galaxy S3 (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) -> Galaxy S2 (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) -> Galaxy Note (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) -> Apple (child) -> Model (grandchild) -> iPhone 3 (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) -> iPhone 4 (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) -> iPhone 5 (great grandchild - needs to have an anchor to this category) ...but ONLY the Great Grandchildren are to be click-able. The HTML needs to be output in a standard unordered list format, so in this case the output would like like this: [login to view URL] WHY? The reason for wanting this is because I will be using jQuery to show/hide the menu items, so you'd click on a Parent to reveal a Child, then click on the Child to reveal a Grandchild, the click on a Grandchild to reveal the Great Grandchildren - and of course the Great Grandchildren will actually have an anchor and when clicked will take you to that category page.
