Changes to WordPress theme

We are seeking a developer to make a few corrections/changes to our Wordpress site [login to view URL]

Our website is a customized Wordpress theme built on the “Press Event” theme: [login to view URL]

Changes/fixes needed:

1. Fonts are OK in Firefox, but display incorrectly in Internet Explorer. In “font [login to view URL]” you can see that IE is creating a font substitution. Firefox is OK. We need appearance of fonts to be consistent in all major browsers.

2. CSS menu exhibits 1 px of extra red space on the right of parent item. See “[login to view URL]”. Remove this extra red.

3. Feedback widget in footer has a font problem. The word “Message” should be the same font as “Your name” and “Your email”. See “[login to view URL]”

4. Modify logo carousel/rotator on bottom of homepage to pause on mouseover. We are using this plugin: [login to view URL]

5. Adjust padding and size of logos in header to match “[login to view URL]”

6. Edit footer so that “Where All Vocations Come Together” is white static text, not a link with href=”#”. See “[login to view URL]”

7. Edit “Email list” submission widget to match “[login to view URL]” – align text left, make “email address” box shorter and wider.

We would like to build a working relationship with the right developer for updates to this website and others in the future.
